Holiday Queen of Caernarfon 1949

These photographs were taken when Eiluned Roberts was crowned as
Holiday Queen of Caernarfon
on
August 11th 1949.

Two pupils were chosen from each of the schools of Caernarfon and were interviewed by the Holiday Queen Committee who chose the Queen. The runner up became the Lady in Waiting, and the other chosen girls became members of the Queens Court- called The Maids of Honour.
